Ordering

How do I place an order?

Select your desired product and select the "Add To Cart," button. Then you may continue shopping, add additional products or Proceed To Checkout by clicking the cart button in the top right part of the website (Your cart will only be visible once you have placed an item in it).

How fast will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 1pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Free shipping for orders over $100 applies to domestic ground shipping only.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

cale & cole accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order.

IS MY personal INFORMATION SAFE?

Payment is securely processed by Stripe. Your credit card and personal information is never shared and is safe.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to kayse@caleandcole.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

What do I do if I am interested in a product that is sold out?

For products that are sold out, please find the "Notify me when available," button on the product pages of our website and add your email address to the Waitlist. Once the product is back in stock, we will contact you via email.

I received my order and an item was damaged.

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at kayse@caleandcole.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

Shipping

What shipping options do you have?

We ship USPS insured and offer Priority or Express Mail within the US. International orders are shipped via USPS International Air. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and package value. Please refer to your order form for exact shipping charges, as they are calculated once an item is added to your cart. We offer free ground shipping over $100 for orders shipping to the contiguous US.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes.

What countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we ship to the US and Canada through our website. 

Returns

What is your return policy?

cale & cole accepts returns on domestic orders within 7 days of the purchase date. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, cale & cole reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not offer exchanges.

Jewelry Care

How should i store my jewelry?

Some jewelry may tarnish when exposed to light. Store jewelry in a jewelry box or dust bag (especially while traveling) to prevent tarnishing and to keep them safe from harms way. Avoid storing jewelry in a moist or humid spot.

How should i clean my jewelry?

Keep jewelry clean by polishing pieces with a soft cloth or use warm water. Always remember to remove your jewelry before showering or going to bed. Do not apply chemical jewelry cleaners, as this can damage the plating.

Why Are some stones different than others?
